HooHaa is a New Zealand owned business built on ethical foundations for the benefit of both its members and advertisers. Agreements are also in place with both Telecom and Vodafone to provide the HooHaa service. HooHaa itself is 100% independent and has no other 'connections' with the phone companies.
HooHaa will NEVER use gathered information for any purpose other than that agreed to by its members on this site. If you do receive any message from a third party claiming to be HooHaa please contact us directly as no advertiser or third party is authorised to do so - only HooHaa will contact you directly.
HooHaa adheres strictly to all regulations as specified in the Telecommunications Act, the Privacy Act 1993, the Advertising Codes of Practice as administered by the Advertising Standards Authority Inc, as well as the Liquor Advertising Pre-vetting System (LAPS) and the codes of Ethics of the Marketing Association.
